What’s on at The Tarot Fayre?

A Vibrant Marketplace

The heart of the event is a marketplace with stalls selling new and vintage tarot decks, oracle cards, books, artwork mystical curiosities. Expect everything from rare second-hand finds and pre-loved decks to brand new releases, handcrafted spiritual tools, jewellery, candles, spellcraft supplies, art prints, herbal products and much more, all sourced from a carefully curated range of passionate independent sellers.

Meet the Deck Creators

One of the most exciting aspects of The Tarot Fayre is the dedicated deck creators’ table, a rare chance to meet the actual artists behind original tarot and oracle decks, see their artwork up close, browse and buy directly, and even get a deck signed on the day. Some artists may also be giving mini-talks or one-card pulls from their decks!

If you’ve ever wanted to get closer to the creative process behind the cards you love, or discover an artist whose work stops you in your tracks, this is the place to do it, or to grab a signed deck!

The confirmed deck creators joining us are:

Sara Kathleen (@sarakathleenuk) is a Cotswolds-based illustrator with simplicity and accessibility at the heart of everything she makes. She began creating tarot and oracle decks in 2022 and has since sold over 5,000 copies across seven unique decks — all manufactured ethically in the UK in small print runs that sell out fast. Her eighth is already in the works.

Joseph Stretch (@stretchtarot) is a tarot deck creator, writer and workshop facilitator who has been working with tarot for over ten years. It all started as a teenager making his own deck using collage — and he never really stopped. He founded Stretch Tarot in 2016 and in 2024 created the DIY Deck, a blank canvas and guidebook for discovering the power of tarot and art together.

Anastasia Kashian describes herself as an Artist, Time Traveller, and Accredited Tour Guide to Select Worlds, Possible, Impossible, and Improbable – and her work lives up to it. A prolific creator, her publications include The Magic Lantern Sibilla, Baba Yaga’s Little Book of Hut Maintenance and The Marginal Lenormand, with more on the way.

Ari Wisner (@ari_wisner | ariwisner.com) is a published tarot reader, author and deck artist with decks released through Hay House and US Games. Ari will also have their own stall at the fayre, offering readings and selling decks and art prints on the day.

Mariana Andrade (@queerdivine) is a queer witch artist and illustrator born in Brazil and based in London, and founder of Queer Divine. Since their debut Queer Lenormand Deck in 2021, Mariana has brought four decks to life through Kickstarter, crafting intuitive tools that explore identity, spirituality and empowerment.

Caroline Harris (@carolineyolande) is an ecopoet, artist and founder of micro-publisher Small Birds Press, whose poetry objects have been collected by the National Poetry Library and the Bodleian Library. At the fayre she’ll be bringing her handmade deck The Taro as Deer: Major Arcana and launching a Kickstarter for the full 78-card deck.
